Matt Zelin, PE, is a hydraulic and water resources engineer with experience in hydrologic and hydraulic modeling, urban hydrology, and fluvial geomorphology. Matt’s areas of expertise include the development and application of hydrologic and hydraulic models, analysis of stormwater quality and quantity, and the design of green infrastructure and stream restoration practices. Matt’s particular area of expertise is helping our urban clients develop strategies to manage stormwater with low-impact, best management features that are efficient and low maintenance, offering them more cost-efficient options than traditional treatment methods. Matt also has experience leading FEMA NFIP hydrologic and hydraulic modeling tasks. Matt has field experience in stormwater and stream water quality sampling, topographic surveying, and geomorphic assessments. Matt works at LimnoTech’s Mid-Atlantic Regional Office in Washington, DC.
