For decades, we’ve seen staff who enjoy their work and their coworkers perform better and stay longer. We help shape and foster these relationships through weekly company meetings and social activities. Every Friday morning, we have a company-wide meeting run by staff members, where we talk about what is happening in every aspect of our firm. The weekly meeting keeps everyone up to date, sparks collaborative discussions, and provides an opportunity for individuals to share their knowledge and talent with the company.
And fun is an important part of life at LimnoTech. Our annual calendar includes company picnics, seasonal parties, ice cream socials, friendly competitions (most creative pumpkin carving, best Halloween costume, ugliest Christmas sweater, curling), tailgate luncheons, and informal get-togethers (happy hours, lunches out, Euchre tournaments).

At LimnoTech, we strive to foster a culture of trust. Our staff are committed to each other, our partners and clients, and the work we do. Our collaborations often endure for decades. Our yearly turnover rate for staff is less than 2%, a small fraction of the average for firms in our field. Many of our staff have worked their entire careers at LimnoTech, and over half have ten or more years of being part of the LimnoTech team. And our employee ownership model is an outcome of that trust – we all own the company together.
Community
Our staff’s daily work lives are also enhanced by an activity that we call “Giving Back.” We have a long tradition of involvement in activities that support our communities. Our team has contributed thousands of hours of service and dollars to provide family health care to those in need, help animal shelters, support programs for the unhoused, encourage STEM programs, promote medical research and prevention, and much more. These activities have allowed us to give back to our communities and strengthen our relationships with one another.
