James Hartrick, EIT, joined LimnoTech in September 2021 as an Environmental Engineer. James has a strong background and experience in modeling groundwater and rivers and environmental monitoring in urban settings. James provides support to a variety of field operations, including sampling wastewater for COVID-19. He also supports LimnoTech’s work with organizations seeking AWS Water Stewardship Standard certification. James is passionate about water stewardship, sustainability, and environmental justice, especially in relation to the built environment. Prior to joining LimnoTech, James worked for Gleaners Community Food Bank of Southeast Michigan for six years, delivering community programming. He completed his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering at Wayne State University and holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Studies from the University of Michigan. James works at LimnoTech’s Corporate Headquarters in Ann Arbor, Michigan.
