Michael Lockfeld

Michael Lockfeld is a Proposal Coordinator on LimnoTech’s marketing team, advancing strategic growth initiatives across federal, state, local, and private sector pursuits. In this role, Michael collaborates with technical staff and business development leadership to produce competitive proposals and qualifications packages. He helps to lead and coordinate the proposal process with LimnoTech’s environmental scientists and engineers, ensuring compliance with client requirements. Prior to joining LimnoTech, Michael worked as a Business Development Associate at Green Powered Technology (GPTech), supporting capture strategy, opportunity research, and proposal development for sustainable infrastructure and international engineering programs, and previously worked at Kearns & West, supporting business development and proposal coordination for environmental planning and public engagement projects. Michael brings experience in business development, capture planning, and market intelligence, assisting technical and subject matter experts on complex public and private sector pursuits. He holds a Master of Public Administration from the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs at Syracuse University and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and French from Syracuse University.
