Jenni Partyka

Jenni Partyka is the Human Resources Manager at LimnoTech. She has 41 years of experience in human resources and office administration. Jenni’s responsibilities include recruiting, onboarding, benefits management support for 401(k) and Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) programs, medical insurance and benefit renewals, and overseeing compliance with company policies and practices. Jenni leads the implementation of LimnoTech’s annual staff development feedback process, staff surveys, and employee review and planning sessions (RAPs). She is also the lead in coordinating monthly staff allocation and planning morale activities.

Jenni works at LimnoTech’s Corporate Headquarters in Ann Arbor, Michigan.
