LimnoTech has been selected by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) for an award under the Hydrologic Engineering Center (CEIWR-HEC) Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC).
Under this contract vehicle, LimnoTech and its project partners will provide comprehensive technical and engineering support to the USACE Institute for Water Resources (IWR) Hydrologic Engineering Center in Davis, California. The scope of work encompasses software development, hydrologic and hydraulic modeling, river mechanics, reservoir systems analysis, water quality modeling, risk assessment, and training to support USACE’s mission-critical water management responsibilities nationwide.
To support the delivery of these multidisciplinary task orders, LimnoTech has teamed with key subcontractors RESPEC and WEST Consultants, Inc., bringing together deep subject matter expertise in applied engineering, computational water science, and the flagship suite of HEC software packages (including HEC-HMS, HEC-RAS, HEC-ResSim, and HEC-WAT).
Tim Dekker, LimnoTech President and CEO, shared that “We are honored to be selected by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers for this vital contract. The Hydrologic Engineering Center’s analytical tools set the benchmark for water resources practice worldwide. Working with our trusted teaming partners at RESPEC and WEST, we look forward to contributing our collective technical expertise to modernize water modeling tools, enhance flood risk management, and support resilient water resource infrastructure across the nation.”
The contract enables USACE and partner agencies to issue task orders for technical investigations, emerging modeling technologies, software testing and maintenance, and specialized engineering support over the contract period.
