Kathy Hall

Kathy Hall, QEP, is a Senior Environmental Scientist with over 30 years of experience at LimnoTech. Kathy’s work has focused primarily on Clean Water Act compliance support for energy, manufacturing, and municipal sector clients. She performs water quality-based effluent limit evaluations, emphasizing NPDES permit evaluations and negotiations for regulated intakes and discharges. She has conducted more than 120 NPDES permit reviews, evaluating effluent limits for toxics, assessing water quality and bioavailability issues, developing site-specific criteria and dissolved metal translators, and negotiating attainable and scientifically sound limitations. Kathy also has expertise in corporate water stewardship and sustainability, technical writing, TMDLs, and watershed studies.

Kathy is based out of LimnoTech’s Corporate Headquarters in Ann Arbor, Michigan.
