Anouk Savineau Promoted to Business Operations Officer
September 30, 2025
As we celebrate our 50th anniversary this year, we’re excited to think about what’s next, setting the stage for another 50 years of success as a company. One thing we’re especially excited to announce is that Anouk Savineau is taking on a new role as LimnoTech Business Operations Officer. Anouk has over 25 years of experience, with 13 at LimnoTech, serving as an engineer, project and client manager, and, most recently, regional office manager in our Mid-Atlantic Office.
Anouk is a dedicated and thoughtful engineer who brings her insights and judgment to a wide variety of projects across all our client sectors, including industrial, municipal, federal, and corporate. Anouk is a leader in our implementation of nature-based solutions and led LimnoTech’s Engineering with Nature (EWN®) program development and support, as well as a long list of projects across the range of technical services we provide: characterization and modeling of surface water, stormwater, and sewer collection systems; protection, management, and modeling of watersheds; analysis and modeling of green infrastructure and nature-based solutions; and fate and transport of toxic pollutants at contaminated sediment sites. Anouk also champions LimnoTech’s work in the areas of urban flooding adaptation and resilience, as well as climate change impacts, adaptation, and planning.
Outside of work, Anouk is involved in several professional organizations, including serving in a leadership support capacity to the Network for Engineering with Nature (N-EWN) and the Virginia Water Environment Association (VWEA).
In recent years, Anouk has taken on operational responsibilities to oversee overall project delivery and execution, playing a critical role in managing our business operations. Anouk will build on this experience as Business Operations Officer, working closely with Scott Bell, our COO, to monitor and evaluate business performance measures, and to ensure that our business strategy is aligned with our company strategy, values, and mission.
Congratulations, Anouk! We’re excited about your new role and are thankful for your leadership.
