LimnoTech is at WEFTEC 2019 this week! This is the Water Environment Federation’s 92nd Annual Technical Exhibition and Conference. This year’s conference is in Chicago, Illinois, and features speakers and exhibitors from around the world. If you are at the conference, we hope you connect with our staff while you are there.
Here is our presenter/moderator schedule:
Carrie Turner will be presenting during Session 217: Making Models Matter: Understanding and Resolving Complex Water Quality Problems. The title of her talk is “Modeling Nutrient Pollution in the Great Miami River.” The presentation is September 23 in Room S503b at 4:00 pm. Todd Redder is a co author.
Hans Holmberg and Ken Williamson will be co-moderators for Session 317: What Is Beyond Integrated Planning? The session will be on September 24 in Room S401 from 8:30 am – 10:00 am.
Heather Bourne is presenting during Session 317. Her talk is titled “A Flexible Framework for Maximizing Community Benefits from Infrastructure Investments,” and will take place on September 24 in Room S401 from 8:30 am – 8:50 am.
Carrie Turner and Chien-Chi Chang (DC Water) will be co-moderators for Session 325: Solving Re(Dis)solved Problems, on September 24 in Room N426a from 10:30 am – 12:00 pm.
Carrie Turner will also be presenting “Next Generation Water Quality Monitoring: Can Sensor Technology Replace Conventional Sampling and Analysis in a Stream Environment?” The talk will take place during Session 516: We’re Lookin’ at YOU, Watershed: Technology Enhancements for Monitoring and Stakeholder Engagement, on September 25 in Room N426a from 10:30 am – 11:00 am. Co-authors are John Barton and Chris Hall (Metropolitan Sewer District of Greater Cincinnati), and Greg Cutrell (LimnoTech).
