Brandon Ellefson, PE, joined LimnoTech as an environmental engineer in 2010 after graduating from Michigan Technological University with master’s and bachelor’s degrees in Environmental Engineering. Brandon’s areas of expertise include hydrodynamic modeling, watershed modeling, sediment flux analysis, database development, and data management and evaluation. His graduate and post-graduate studies included utilizing nitrogen and oxygen as a method to prevent methyl mercury releases from highly contaminated sediments. His wide-ranging field experience includes Great Lakes monitoring and buoy deployment, mapping lake bathymetry, wet weather event sampling, airport deicing sampling, bed load sampling, and water quality sampling. Brandon works at LimnoTech’s Corporate Headquarters in Ann Arbor, Michigan.
