Jon Hilsendager, PE, is a Civil Engineer. Jon joined LimnoTech in June 2022 with ten years of site development experience in the private sector. His work specializes in site design, including stormwater management, utility design, hydrology, hydraulic studies, and Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans (SWPPP) design. Jon has served as a Project Manager and Technical Lead for many large civil intermodal (rail, marine, truck) industrial and ag-industrial sites across the United States and Canada.

Jon uses his experience to evaluate existing and proposed site locations and provide feedback on the feasibility of site development and whether the site can provide the client with the necessary elements for their business to expand and prosper. His experience with essential modeling software (Civil 3D, HydroCAD, HydraFlow, HEC-RAS) has helped deliver successful projects.

Jon has a BS in Biology and Civil Engineering from the University of Minnesota and is a Registered Professional Engineer in the State of Minnesota.

Jon works at LimnoTech’s Central Regional Office in Oakdale, Minnesota.
