Justin Ibershoff, PE, is a project engineer with expertise in hydrodynamic, sediment transport, and water quality modeling, and environmental database applications development. He has supported numerous litigation projects through development and analysis of environmental models and related sampling data. He has also managed large database projects and assisted clients with database automation for streamlined reporting and QA/QC. He has significant experience in data visualization and mapping, cost estimation and budgeting, and field work including water and sediment sampling. His software expertise includes EFDC, RCA, SWMM, HSPF, CORMIX, Visual Plumes, ArcGIS, HEC-RAS, MS Access and Excel, and AutoCAD. He has programmed in VBA, Python, and SQL. Justin has a BS in Civil Engineering from Michigan State University and an MS in Civil Engineering from Wayne State University. He works at LimnoTech’s Southern California Regional Office in El Segundo, California.
